The property is in a super location in the heart of Derry City Centre. A 1 minute walk to Tesco across the road for anything you might need for meals. The best surprise was a Ninja air fryer which was spotlessly clean. We didn’t use it but for anyone with fussy eaters or certain dietary requirements it would make a huge difference to your day. The apartment was top notch, spotless, comfortable and great to have tea and coffee in the press. Everything worked as it should - tv has all channels,Netflix, Disney etc and WiFi was great. The host kept in touch and her messages were friendly and detailed. We would 100% stay here again. Also recommend the gastro pub The Gate across the road for food. We loved everything but just to note that there’s no lift and the top floor apartment might be a struggle if you have mobility issues.

Excelente apartamento en pleno centro de Derry. Muy limpio, moderno, cómodo y equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La ubicación es perfecta, a poca distancia de los principales lugares de interés, restaurantes y tiendas. El proceso de llegada fue sencillo.

I loved that I panicked about parking but it’s no issue there is car parks all around and easy to get to…great location overall, and a great apartment il definitely book again.

I think it checks all the boxes: Excellent Price/Quality, the Place its nice and confortable, it has an amazing Location and Emma its an amazing Host. It doesnt Play a role for me, but if you are light sensitive and plan to stay here during summer time, you may want to bring a sleeping mask.

The apartment is right in the middle of the city within walking//viewing distance of all of the major attractions. It was spotlessly clean and the host was very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable .Well equipped kitchen .Very clean.Emma kept in touch in case we needed anything. It needs to be informed that apartment is in Queens Court complex cos took us a while to find this out.

The location is excellent very central close to tourist attractions, shops, bars restaurants - parking close by. The apartment is very clean and well maintained with everything you would need. Amazing value for money. Warm and cosy. Airy and bright. All equipment you would need. Apartment 3 is up a few flights of stairs might not be ideal for people with mobility problems

We stayed at Ferryquay last weekened. The property was located in the most ideal spot for food and drinks. Everything was within walking distance. The attention to detail inside the apartment was so cute. The property was immaculate and very homely with dressing tables, long mirrors, a ring light along with a lovely kitchen/lounge area to chill. Emma was so helpful and friendly. We will be back here to stay without a doubt. Thank you, see you again soon.

Lovely homely apartment, with everything you need. Excellent location and lovely views of the river Foyle. Emma was a perfect host That it rained🤪 i honestly can not say anything bad about it stay.
