I think it checks all the boxes: Excellent Price/Quality, the Place its nice and confortable, it has an amazing Location and Emma its an amazing Host. It doesnt Play a role for me, but if you are light sensitive and plan to stay here during summer time, you may want to bring a sleeping mask.

The apartment is right in the middle of the city within walking//viewing distance of all of the major attractions. It was spotlessly clean and the host was very friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent very central close to tourist attractions, shops, bars restaurants - parking close by. The apartment is very clean and well maintained with everything you would need. Amazing value for money. Warm and cosy. Airy and bright. All equipment you would need. Apartment 3 is up a few flights of stairs might not be ideal for people with mobility problems

We stayed at Ferryquay last weekened. The property was located in the most ideal spot for food and drinks. Everything was within walking distance. The attention to detail inside the apartment was so cute. The property was immaculate and very homely with dressing tables, long mirrors, a ring light along with a lovely kitchen/lounge area to chill. Emma was so helpful and friendly. We will be back here to stay without a doubt.
